Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in via Google or GitHub, we receive your public profile information (name, email, avatar URL) from those services.

We do not collect, store, or transmit any data from your Kubernetes clusters. All cluster communication happens directly between the Kuberniq desktop application on your machine and your cluster API servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you and manage your account
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
  • To send you important product updates and security notices
  • To provide customer support

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.

4. Data Storage & Security

Account data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure. We use HTTPS for all communications between your browser and our servers. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Google OAuth / GitHub OAuth — optional sign-in
  • DigitalOcean — infrastructure hosting

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@kuberniq.dev.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the application.
