By downloading, installing, or using Kuberniq ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Kuberniq is a desktop application for managing Kubernetes clusters. The Software connects directly to your cluster API servers from your local machine. We do not proxy, store, or access your cluster data.
Some features require a Kuberniq account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Premium features are available via paid subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal.
If you are unsatisfied with a subscription, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. Refunds for renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. YOU USE THE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
IN NO EVENT SHALL KUBERNIQ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR CLUSTER DOWNTIME.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
